Customer Support Team Leader
Emma joined The Grey Matter Group in January 2012. She previously worked in the West Berkshire Council Home Care Department as an admin assistant.
Emma is responsible for answering the phone and any support e-mails we receive. Always cheerful and willing to help and we know our customers appreciate the support she gives. Emma also supports the administration of the free workshops that we run all over the country.
Emma is currently undertaking an NVQ Level 3 Diploma Business and Administration to broaden her knowledge and gain extra skills to assist her in her job role at The Grey Matter Group.
Whilst Emma is away from her desk she regularly enjoys watching Chelsea on TV or at Stamford Bridge, walking her 2 Springer Spaniels, playing computer games and socialising with friends and family.
